We hope you love your Siganna piece. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please review our return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging intact

To initiate a return, please contact us at care@siganna.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration

As each Siganna piece is handmade, slight variations in fabric placement or pattern are considered part of the design and are not regarded as defects.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original piece and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
